How do I download the desktop app?

Visit your account page after signing in and click the download button for your operating system.

How do I sign in to the desktop app?

Use the same email and password you created on thetone.io.

Does the app require an internet connection?

No! After initial download and setup, tone.io works completely offline. Your translations are processed locally on your computer.

How do I upgrade from Free Trial to Creator?

Visit your account page and click "Upgrade to Creator" to start your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in to your account page and use the "Cancel Subscription" button. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

What video formats are supported?

tone.io supports all major video formats including MP4, MOV, AVI, and MKV. Subtitles are generated in industry-standard SRT format.
